Seek Detect supplies detection and protection equipment for defence and security use. This equipment is subject to export control, and we handle it accordingly. This statement is for information only and is not legal advice or an offer to sell.

Controlled products

The products described on this website are defence and/or dual-use items that may be subject to export control under the Finnish Act on the Export of Defence Materiel (282/2012) and Regulation (EU) 2021/821 (dual-use), together with applicable EU and national rules.

Licensing and end-use documentation

Supply is subject to obtaining the necessary export licences and to receiving the required end-user and end-use documentation. We will not proceed without them where they are required.

Authorised end-users

This equipment is offered only to appropriate end-users — for example governmental, defence, law-enforcement and accredited humanitarian organisations. It is not offered to the general public.

Information, not an offer

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, and product information or specifications do not constitute a commitment to supply.

Our right to decline

We may decline any enquiry or order that we believe would breach export-control or sanctions law, or the relevant end-use requirements. Declining on these grounds is not a breach of any agreement.

Sanctions and embargoes

We do not solicit or sell into destinations subject to a comprehensive EU or UN embargo, or to parties subject to relevant sanctions.

Your responsibility

Where you act as importer or end-user, you are responsible for your own import, licensing and end-use compliance in your jurisdiction.
